#LatinasLead

Check out our latest historic endorsement!

PODER PAC's mission is to increase the number of Democratic, Pro-Choice Latinas serving in Congress.

There will be twelve Latina Democrats serving in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate in the 116th Congress. Latinas make up 2% of the 435 House Members and 1% of the 100 Senators.

You can help us change this and make Congress more reflective of the population and the growing Latino demographic.

PODER PAC has restructured to focus our resources on increasing the number of Latinas in Congress. We are now a multi-candidate federal hybrid PAC and are no longer supporting local races.

PODER PAC was created in order to empower Latinas who want to run for office and make a difference in their communities.  Many of the women who we have supported were running for the first time and we want to celebrate the courage and dedication it took for them to run for elected office.

The 2010 Census underscores that Latinas will play a central role in the future political and economic development of this country.  Your time, contacts, and financial contributions are needed to ensure that Latinas have an equal opportunity to govern and make decisions that impact our Nation.
